The Lavender Series | Lavender and Mint Tea


Here is a super simple recipe for a calming and soothing lavender tea. This is great to drink before bed or any time you want to relax and wind down from a hectic day. The flavor of this tea reminds me a bit of Earl Grey.

Ingredients and supplies:

Add the lavender buds and mint leaves to the tea strainer and steep in your favorite mug of boiling hot water for 5–7 minutes. Sweeten with honey. Sip slowly and feel the calm wash over you and watch your worries and concerns take a back seat the newly found peace in your soul—at least for a few minutes!
